The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Fairport resident following a roadside investigation on November 7.
According to a news release, Nicole Foucaud, 51, of Fairport was arrested for DWI, failure to keep right, and open container after a traffic stop a little before midnight on County Road 9.
Following the traffic stop she refused to submit a breath test, deputies said.
She will answer the charges at a later date.
