Deputies arrested a Cortland woman in Ontario County following a personal injury crash in Clifton Springs.
First responders were called to Chambers Road around 1:45 p.m. on Sunday for a crash.
Investigators determined that the operator, identified as Nicole Kline, 31, of Cortland was under the influence of drugs.
She admitted to that at the scene, deputies said.
She was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
