Penn Yan resident faces charges after harassing victims, preventing them from calling 911 during domestic incident

Police in Penn Yan arrested a village resident following a domestic incident on October 22.


Mackenzie Williams-Baker, 24, was arrested for fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment after an incident where he subjected two people to unwanted contact and prevented them from calling 911.

Williams-Baker was arrested at the scene and processed.

He was turned over to custody of the Yates County Jail, so authorities could obtain an order of protection for the victims.
