The incident unfolded when Felshaw reportedly engaged in conversation with a man believed to be the boyfriend of another woman.

The interaction escalated into an argument between the two women, during which Felshaw allegedly became physically aggressive, pushing the other woman who was carrying her infant son at the time. Two other children were present and witnessed the confrontation.

Felshaw now faces charges including three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of second-degree harassment.

Following her arrest, she was transported to the Seneca County Jail to await her arraignment.

Authorities have sought an order of protection in favor of the victim and the involved children.
