Police say a Canandaigua man faces multiple felony charges after two incidents that happened less than three weeks apart.
Tyler Ferrier, 52, was arrested on two counts of aggravated criminal contempt, and two counts of aggravated family offense.
All four of those charges are felonies, and resulted from an investigation into incidents that occurred between September 18 and October 4.
Ferrier is accused of violating an active court order while he was incarcerated at the Ontario County Jail. He contacted the protected party numerous times.
Police didn’t specify the charges that Ferrier is currently incarcerated on, but noted that they were unrelated from the latest incidents.
