Police in Geneva arrested a city resident following a crime-in-progress investigation.
Joshua Jackson, 30, of Geneva was arrested on October 3 for second-degree harassment and third-degree criminal mischief.
The charges stem from a domestic incident where Jackson damaged property that exceeded $250. He also is accused of harassing another person during that incident.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
