Paula Whitfield, 55, is accused of providing a false name to state police during a traffic stop in August.

She then completed the ticket and returned it to Galen Town Court, which resulted in new charges.

She now faces two charges, including a felony count of falsifying business records and a misdemeanor count of criminal impersonation.

The new charges are scheduled to be answered in local court at a later date.
