Deputies arrested a 29-year-old man for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop in Butler.
Adam Ridley, 29, was arrested for DWI, aggravated DWI, and other charges after being stopped for a tail light violation.
Investigation determined that his blood alcohol content was more than three-times the legal limit.
When he submitted to a breath test, his BAC was 0.28%.
Ridley was processed and will answer the charges at a later date.
