Investigators made a felony arrest on Thursday afternoon following a lengthy drug investigation.
Around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday David Fallon Jr., 41, of Clifton Springs was arrested in Canandaigua for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
The arrest was the result of a drug investigation that was conducted by the department’s Special Investigations Division.
Fallon is accused of selling cocaine to another person during the investigation, which resulted in his arrest.
He was taken into custody without incident and held without bail due to having several prior felony convictions.
