Police arrested a Phelps man following an incident at a business in Seneca Falls.
On Sunday around 11:17 a.m. police arrested Robert Taylor III, 36, of Phelps for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and obstruction.
Police were called to the business, which was not identified, for a disorderly patron.
After arrival, police attempted to detain Taylor, who refused their commands, resisted, and was taken into custody after a struggle.
He was processed and will answer the charges at a later date.
