Residents of Macedon eagerly anticipate the grand opening of Hooligan’s Eastside Grill on Route 31, housed in a building with history that stretches back to the ’70s when it was known as Turkey Town.
After acquiring the previously neglected building in December, the new ownership — comprising partners Jonathan Oliva, Tony Derosa, and Mike Tasceone — have invested significant effort into extensive renovations.

These include a refurbished parking lot, landscaping, an expanded outdoor seating area, and a modern interior that mirrors the Webster Hooligan’s East Grill, complete with 32 beers on tap and 40 TVs for sports enthusiasts.
The restaurant plans a mid-November public opening, which will follow a soft launch.
