The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office issued an arrest warrant for Cassius Wright, 35, of Palmyra for unlawful imprisonment, as well as obstruction and harassment.

The charges and warrant stem from an incident on September 29 where he threatened an adult and three children. Deputies say he also refused to let the four victims leave their residence; and then when officers tried to take him into custody – he pulled away, resulting in the obstruction charge.

All of the charges will be answered at a later date, authorities said.
