Waterloo man suspected in multiple larcenies taken into custody after failing to appear

Police say a Waterloo man was taken into custody after a theft at local business, when authorities also discovered he failed to appear for two other recent larcenies.


Kody Russell, 25, of Waterloo was suspected of a theft at a local business when he was found in the area and taken into custody for petit larceny.

Police said two bench warrants were discovered out of Seneca Falls Town Court for failure to appear. Those failure to appear incidents were related to two previous larcenies.

He was processed and arraigned.
