An Addison resident, identified as Dorothy M. Clifton, 50, has been arrested in relation to an assault that occurred in early-September in the Village of Addison.
The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office disclosed that Clifton allegedly used a blunt instrument to assault another individual on Sept. 3. The injured party subsequently received treatment at a local health facility and was discharged after care.
Facing charges of second-degree assault, classified as a class D felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class E felony, Clifton’s case was presented in the Centralized Arraignment Court. Following the proceedings, she was granted release.
