The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Interlaken man following an incident over the weekend, which included resisting arrest.

Kyle Sinclair-Williams, 36, was charged with criminal contempt and resisting arrest.

The arrest stems from a 911 call that Sinclair-Williams had come to the address of the victim, a protected party of an order of protection.

inclair-Williams refused to be cooperative with deputies and resisted arrest by jumping out of the second-floor window of a barn in attempt to avoid arrest and then jumped off the roof.

Once on the ground Sinclair-Williams continued to resist arrest and was combative with officers, deputies said.

He was transported to Cayuga Medical Center, then arrested.
