Interlaken man accused of breaking into home, urinating and defecating on victim’s porch during dispute

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Interlaken resident following a pair of disturbances on Sunday.

Kyle Sinclair-Williams, 36, was arrested after a domestic incident in the town of Covert.

Deputies say earlier in the morning they were called to a residence for a dispute between family members. Upon arrival, the two parties agreed to separate for the day.

Later in the morning, deputies were called back to the scene, with Sinclair-Williams acting irate.

He’s accused of using physical force to gain entry into the residence. He’s also accused of urinating and defecating on the victim’s porch.

Sinclair-Williams was charged with harassment and criminal tampering. The charges will be answered at a later date and an order of protection was requested for the victim.
