A motor home fire disrupted traffic on Route 370 near Southard Road on September 16.
The Cato Fire Department and CIMVAC swiftly responded to the scene, managing to quickly extinguish the flames. They were further assisted by the North West Fire District.
In order to ensure safety during the incident, the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Department and the New York State Police directed traffic, limiting Route 370 to one lane.
There were no injuries reported in the incident.
