An accident involving two vehicles at the intersection of Minsteed and Skinner roads in Arcadia has left both drivers with minor injuries.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office was quick to respond to reports of the collision, discovering significant damage to both vehicles at the scene.
Preliminary investigations suggest that one of the vehicles, traveling eastbound on Skinner Road, failed to halt at the stop sign. This oversight resulted in a collision with another vehicle moving on Minsteed Road.
While emergency medical services provided on-site treatment to both drivers, one was subsequently transported to Newark Wayne Community Hospital for further attention. The Fairville Fire Department and Wayne County Emergency Medical Services were on hand to assist deputies in managing the situation.
Those involved in the crash were not identified by deputies in an update late-Saturday.
