On September 7 at approximately 2:47 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a residence Butternut Drive in Montezuma following reports of a domestic incident.
Upon arrival and subsequent investigation, authorities arrested 33-year-old Justin McGhee of Montezuma on charges of criminal mischief.
The probe revealed that during the altercation, McGhee allegedly damaged a female victim’s cell phone and television.
After an arraignment at the Centralized Court, McGhee was released on his own recognizance.
