Enrollment at St. Francis-St. Stephen School located on Elmwood Avenue has surged by 27% since the commencement of the 2022-23 academic year, jumping from 86 to 110 students.
The school has also undergone a staffing refresh, according to the Finger Lakes Times.
St. Francis-St. Stephen School has introduced an after-school dance program and is exploring additional enrichment activities.
Additionally, the establishment benefited from the Harry J. Touhey bequeathment, allowing the renovation of a new library space.
The school, originally a merger between St. Francis School and St. Stephen School in 1982, has continued its long-standing tradition of imparting education since the 19th century.
