The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of Casey Magee, a 30-year-old resident of Palmyra, following a domestic disturbance investigation.
Magee faces charges of criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and harassment.
Magee is accused of assaulting his girlfriend, causing her to fall, and subsequently brandished a loaded weapon in the presence of law enforcement officers investigating the scene.
Magee was detained and transported to the Wayne County Jail, awaiting CAP arraignment. The Palmyra Police Department aided the sheriff’s deputies in the investigation.
