Syracuse football will try to start the season 2-0 for the second consecutive season when they welcome Western Michigan to the JMA Wireless Dome on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.
The Orange are coming off a 65-0 victory over Colgate, in a game they put up 677 yards of total offense, a new program record. The Broncos also picked up a season-opening win last weekend, defeating Saint Francis University 35-17.
Syracuse and Western Michigan will meet for the first time since 2019 and just the third time overall, with the Orange having won both of the previous two contests.
