Deputies arrested a Rochester resident after a stolen vehicle was discovered at Eastview Mall.
Ke’Sean Kevin Keanon Chung, 20, was arrested for criminal possession of stolen property after being found with a stolen Kia Forte.
Deputies said the Forte was stolen from the Greece-area.
He was taken into custody without incident and the charges will be answered at a later date.
