The Seneca Falls Police Department took Brandon L. Ferris, 30, into custody on August 29, based on an arrest warrant issued for him.
The warrant was connected to an incident from earlier in the month.
Specifically, on August 14, Ferris allegedly threatened harm to an individual over a phone call. As a result, he now faces charges for aggravated harassment in the second degree.
After the arrest, Ferris was brought to the Seneca County Jail, where he is awaiting the CAP arraignment process.
