Fans of the New York State Fair’s strawberry milk are in for a treat as the much-loved beverage will be making a return for the Labor Day weekend.
The Milk Bar, located inside the fair’s Dairy Building, has confirmed that white milk will be replaced by the coveted strawberry variant from Saturday to Monday, marking the culmination of the 2023 State Fair.
The decision to reintroduce strawberry milk was influenced by its immense success in 2022 when supplies ran out in just over a day. The beverage had previously made a comeback in 2021, motivated by the soaring demand for chocolate milk, which sees sales of up to 120 gallons per hour during peak fair days.
