Five juveniles arrested for Elbridge gun store burglaries

Five juveniles are in custody following a duo of burglaries at Tim’s Guns and Shooting Supplies in Elbridge last weekend, according to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.

The Auburn Citizen reports that the suspects first targeted the store on Saturday morning, gaining access through a window and wood panel to swiftly pilfer 12 handguns and three rifles in under a minute.

They returned the next day for ammunition but were interrupted by law enforcement, leading to two immediate arrests.

A subsequent SUV crash in Camillus resulted in three more arrests. Authorities are on the lookout for a sixth suspect believed to be part of the group.
