Seneca Falls man faces felony charges after showing up at person’s home

On August 24 the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Daniel S. Ubbink, 54, of Seneca Falls.

Ubbink faces charges of second-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense.

The arrest followed an incident in the town of Junius on August 23rd, where Ubbink allegedly violated a Class A stay away order of protection by appearing at the protected individual’s home.

Following the incident, Ubbink was detained at the Seneca County Jail pending arraignment.
