Gotsis was arrested on Aug. 4 following allegations of having inappropriate contact with a female employee under the age of 17 at his eatery. The arrest documents reported by The Citizen, claims the young employee, who started working at Dimitri’s in September 2022, was recurrently touched inappropriately by Gotsis.  She described incidents such as him rubbing her thigh, pulling her onto his lap, and touching her hip.

On June 15, Gotsis allegedly took her to a new Dimitri’s venue and acted inappropriately again, attempting a kiss.

After expressing her discomfort, he reportedly handed her $100, urging her to remain silent. An order of protection for the young lady was granted this Monday. Gotsis is set for a subsequent court appearance on October 16.
