Kyle P. Trimm, a 36-year-old Ogden resident, was arrested on August 20 after he made threats against the Monroe County Emergency Communications Department in Rochester.
While in custody of the New York State Park Police for separate criminal and traffic charges around 7:55 p.m., Trimm warned he would detonate the communications building.
Following the threats, he was handed over to the New York State Police.
After a thorough investigation, Trimm was charged with Making a Terroristic Threat, a D Felony. He is currently held at the Monroe County Jail.
