The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of 32-year-old Cody A Wells after a crash on Leroy Road in the Town of Palmyra.
Upon arriving at the scene where a vehicle was found off the roadway, deputies detected signs of intoxication from Wells, including the smell of alcohol, bloodshot eyes, and slurred speech.
After undergoing standardized field sobriety tests, Wells was taken into custody and charged with multiple offenses, including DWI, aggravated DWI, and operating without a license.
