The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed the arrest of Bradley E. MacNeal, a 61-year-old resident of Marion, stemming from a domestic dispute investigation.
MacNeal was charged with second-degree criminal contempt Criminal Contempt after allegedly violating a Stay Away order of protection.
According to the report, he not only drove past but also parked outside a female’s residence, defying the directive set by a Wayne County Family Court Judge.
Following his arrest, MacNeal was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and subsequently released.
