Yates DA announces over $200,000 forfeited in Fat Daddy’s case

Yates County District Attorney Todd Casella says the resolution of charges involving Fat Daddy’s, an unlicensed sticker shop in Watkins Glen known for distributing unlicensed marijuana, has been reached.

All associated defendants have either pleaded guilty or settled their respective charges. Fat Daddy’s owner, Jaime Walker, conceded to a single count of fourth-degree criminal tax fraud. As part of the plea agreements, $227,894 in cash, earlier impounded by the New York State Police, was relinquished.

Additionally, Fat Daddy’s has entered a plea deal, acknowledging a charge of attempted Grand Larceny in the second degree.
