A major housing development is coming to the Village of Dryden.
It’s called the “Ezra Village” apartments. Slated to add 952 multifamily housing units over a vast 42-acre space, the project’s construction is projected to span between 15 to 20 years, with an estimated completion by August 2038, according to reporting this week by The Voice.
The initiation of the development’s first phase, originally set for September, has been postponed to March or April due to electrical equipment delays.
Once fully realized, the project will feature 24 buildings, and each year will witness the construction of 48-72 units, in line with the company’s commitment to sustainable growth.
