Syracuse man charged with burglary, grand larceny after Elbridge incident

State Police in Elbridge announced the arrest of 26-year-old Tyshawn M. Allen of Syracuse on August 9 for second-degree burglary, a class “C” felony, and third-degree grand larceny, a class “D” felony.


Allen allegedly unlawfully entered an occupied home in Elbridge on August 7 swiped keys for a 2022 Nissan Altima from a table, and proceeded to steal the car.

Following his arrest, Allen was taken into custody without any confrontation.

He was subsequently transported to the Onondaga County Justice Center for arraignment at CAP Court, where he was held without bail.
