On August 8 state police apprehended Bradley K. Estes, 56, of Corning on charges of Driving While Intoxicated, compounded by a prior conviction within the last decade.

Estes was initially spotted by officials exceeding speed limits on Interstate 86, heading eastbound in the town of Campbell.

Following the arrest, Estes was taken to Painted Post for further procedures.

It was later discovered that Estes had an outstanding warrant in the Village of Bath, prompting his transfer to the Village of Bath Police Department.
