Benyamina F. Fox, 45, of Seneca Falls, was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department on August 9, 2023, following investigations into two separate instances of protection order violations.
These incidents were reported to have occurred in May and June of this year.
After the investigation, it was determined that Fox had breached a class A stay-away order intended to protect two individuals.
Consequently, Fox was charged with two counts of Criminal contempt in the second degree, both class A misdemeanors. Following the processing at the Seneca Falls Police Department, Fox was presented to the Seneca Falls Town Court for arraignment.
