Joseph J. Justin, a 39-year-old resident of Burtonsville, Maryland, was arrested by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department on August 5, 2023, following a traffic stop on Garden St Ext.

The arrest came after Justin was observed speeding and was then discovered to be operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol during the subsequent stop.

Justin was charged with several offenses including driving while intoxicated, exceeding the speed limit, operating without a license, aggravated unlicensed operation, and consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.

He refused to take a breathalyzer test and was subsequently transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center to await arraignment.
