Edison Maisonave Cotto, a 27-year-old resident of Geneva, New York, was arrested by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department on August 4, 2023, following a theft incident at a local business.
According to the investigation, Cotto allegedly left the premises with multiple items without making any attempt to pay for them.
Cotto has been charged with petit larceny. After being processed, he was released on an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to answer to his charge at the Seneca Falls Town Court at a date to be determined.
