Seneca County traffic stop leads to drug arrest and parole violator capture

On July 26th, 2023, members of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit arrested Sullivan Greco, 42, and Steven Dolgos, 51, during a traffic stop in the Town of Waterloo.


Greco, of Waterloo, who was observed in the back seat of the vehicle, had an active warrant for Parole Absconding and was placed into custody. He was subsequently transferred to the Cayuga County Jail, where he is being held without bail, awaiting a parole hearing.

The driver, Dolgos, of Geneva, was found to be in possession of approximately one-half ounce of crack cocaine and was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree.

He was arraigned at CAP and released on his own recognizance. Members of the Narcotics Unit were assisted by members of the Uniformed Road Patrol in the incident.
