Police arrested a Marion man twice in two separate incidents in Wayne County on Tuesday.
According to deputies, Ryan Lawliss, 37, was found passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle at a gas station on Penfield Walworth Road.
The 37-year-old was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Deputies found that Lawliss pulled into the gas station, went into the store, then got back into his vehicle and fell asleep.
He was put through field sobriety tests and refused to submit a chemical breath sample.
Deputies say he was also arrested for petit larceny after an incident at the Macedon Walmart. The Marion resident took several items past the point of sale without paying for them.
Then, he left the scene. He was issued appearance tickets for the petit larceny and DWI charges.
