Police arrested a 35-year-old Canandaigua man after a disturbance on Phoenix Street.
According to a news release, Cameron Thomas, 35, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges stem from an incident on May 7. He’s accused of striking a 15-year-old child in the chest during an argument.
Thomas will answer the charge at a later date.
