Authorities say a Rathbone resident was arrested after a road rage incident in Steuben County.
Deputies arrested Lisa Caslin, 49, following a road rage incident in Rathbone.
It’s alleged that Caslin intentionally damaged property and recklessly endangered another person’s life in the process.
She was charged with reckless endangerment and criminal mischief, both as felonies.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
