Deputies say an Avoca resident was arrested after a domestic incident on July 29.
Zack Smith, 30, is accused of violating a court order, damaging property, and acting in a manner that was injurious to a child during a domestic incident.
Additional details about the incident were not released.
However, Smith was charged with criminal contempt, criminal mischief, and endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
