Police arrested an Ovid man following an investigation into an unchanged address.
George Stetson, 40, of Ovid was taken into custody on an arrest warrant for failure to change his address as a sex offender.
According to police, Seneca Falls Town Court issued the warrant after he failed to update his address, which is required due to his status as a sex offender.
He was taken into custody on a felony charge and held at the Seneca County Correctional Facility pending arraignment.
