The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Syracuse woman after several bad checks were reported at a local store.
Anne Jones is accused of issuing several bad checks over the course of a two month period.
The checks were issued at BJ Wholesale in the town of Sennett last November, according to a news release.
She was finally taken into custody on grand larceny charges this week. She was arraigned and released.
