State police arrested a Red Creek resident after an incident on Ridge Road.
On July 20 troopers observed a vehicle moving from its lane unsafely on Ridge Road in Wolcott.
The driver, identified as Sheila Vandemortel, 58, was found to be impaired by drugs.
She was issued an appearance ticket for a later date.
No other information about the incident was released.
