Police arrested a Seneca Falls man after a motorcycle accident on East Bayard Street.
On Monday, July 24 around 8:09 p.m. police arrested Gary Goodman, 67, for felony aggravated unlicensed operation, DWI, unsafe tires, speed not reasonable, unregistered motorcycle, improper turn, and un-inspected motorcycle.
Goodman is said to have lost control of his motorcycle while making a turn, subsequently causing him to fall to the pavement. He suffered a bruise under his eye, but refused medical treatment, police said in a release.
During the investigation, police say they determined he was operating the motorcycle in an intoxicated condition.
He was arraigned on the other charges and will answer them at a later date in local court.
