Investigators made a pair of arrests on Tuesday, July 18 in Ontario County after an extensive investigation into drug sales.
Joemaine Bogan, 47, and John Gabak, 36, both of Canandaigua were arrested in a parking lot on Lakeshore Drive after an investigation into the sale of crack cocaine.
The two were both charged with a felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Bogan was also charged with a felony count of tampering with physical evidence after he hid the crack and attempted to destroy it.
Both were arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
