The 179th annual Seneca County Fair opens its doors today, offering a variety of festivities through Saturday at the 100 Swift St. fairgrounds. Admission to the event is completely free.
The fair, sponsored by the Seneca County Agricultural Society, features an array of 4-H youth judging contests for produce, animals, and baked goods, along with animal exhibits and demonstrations.
Visitors can also enjoy a garden tractor pull, two demolition derbies, donkey basketball, live music, and fireworks. An assortment of food vendors, daily midway rides, and games completes the lineup of attractions.
