Deputies arrested a Canandaigua resident for identity theft following an investigation into events that unfolded between the months of April and June.
Between April 30 and June 12 Jill Thompson, 39, is said to have made several charges with a credit card that exceeded $500.
The credit card was in another person’s name and used without their permission.
She was charged with one count of identity theft and issued an appearance ticket.
